Holding an office yoga class or yoga for a work event is the perfect way to begin the day, relax, or stretch out after hours at a desk, or in a conference. Whether you are on your feet all day or behind a computer, office yoga for employees can bring the mind back into focus, reduce stress and ease aching muscles. A company yoga class is also an excellent activity to add to a team building event or work retreat. Meditative and contemplative yoga classes can also be themed to suit the topic of your company event. LADIES WEEKEND & BACHELORETTE YOGA
I often get called out to hotels and AirBnbs to teach yoga for bachelorette parties or ladies on a weekend getaway! If your hotel or AirBnb has an outdoor or indoor space, I’ll bring the yoga mats and a canopy gazebo for shade (if needed). I teach all levels of yoga, from beginners to advanced. FAMILY YOGA
Having a family get-together or celebrating a special event, like a birthday? Add a family yoga class to your weekend activities! I can teach an all-levels yoga class for all ages – from kids to grandparents and beginners to advanced practitioners. I’ll bring the yoga mats and a canopy gazebo for shade if needed.

Welcome to Desert Breeze Yoga, where we offer a range of healing modalities to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you're new to yoga or an advanced student, our classes cater to all experience levels. We offer yoga, sound baths, meditation, and help with trauma recovery to help you find balance and peace in your body, mind, and spirit.

Our private yoga sessions started in 2016, and since then, we have had the pleasure of working with clients of all backgrounds and levels of experience. Our clients range from recovering patients to professional athletes, and we love seeing the positive changes in their lives. We have also provided restorative and meditation sessions to healthcare providers and donated our time to help pregnant students at Compadres High School.
We offer modifications and breathwork to ensure you get the most out of your practice. We also encourage you to rest when needed and provide something for everyone regarding their body, mind, and spirit. So come and practice with us and see the positive changes in your life!
NEW! SAGE BUNDLE WORKSHOPS
What to expect:
A fun and creative 1 hour crafting workshop where you will make your own sage bundles.
Have the healing properties explained for all items included in the kits. You will be shown how to wrap each bundle and you will have a choice in the materials to wrap the bundles (leather, sheer ribbons, twine) along with local flowers to decorate each bundle.
$200 for the hour workshop and then $40 per person.
What is Included:
Ashley will come to your location in Phoenix or Scottsdale with all materials.
Each person’s kit includes white swag bag, white sage, palo santo, sandalwood incense, selenite crystal and a description card that explains the healing properties for each item. Also included is either one rose quartz or one amethyst crystal per person.
