Booking Terms And Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Deposits & Cancellations
Group classes require a 50% deposit to secure a date. This applies to Bachelorette, Corporate and other group yoga events. This deposit is non-refundable unless there are extreme weather conditions* (see paragraph below). The full balance is required 10 days before the event.
Change in number of people / rate for group classes
We allow for you to adjust the number of people in your class up to 10 days before the event date. After this date you may add more people to your class at the per person rate. However, we cannot reduce the price if your group size decreases, for whatever reason, within 10 days leading up to the event date. By then your teacher would have already been booked and confirmed.
Special condition Refunds (for group classes)
Bookings are non-refundable, however we can offer partial refunds. Partial refunds are only for extreme weather conditions, e.g. rain, and the event cannot be moved indoors, or the time changed. We also offer medical emergency partial refunds but do require a doctor’s note. The partial refund is estimated on these conditions:
Amount of time we are notified before a cancellation.
If the instructor has already driven out to your location.
If the instructor has already set out equipment.
Amount of time that the instructor spends at your location.
Private in-home classes (one-on-one sessions)
This applies to regular / weekly in-home classes for individuals, couples and family yoga classes. Also applies to those who purchase a 5 or 10 class package. A cancellation within 24 hours or less of a class start time incurs a 50% cancellation fee. A cancellation within 12 hours or less before a class start time incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
